We here at Snuggle Spot want your custom threads to be pure love at first wear! But hey, sometimes life throws a curveball (like accidentally ordering a size that wouldn't even fit a hamster). This policy is your guide to a smooth return or exchange, so you can get back to snuggling in comfy, awesome style.
Before You Blast Off with Your Order:
- Size Chart to the Rescue!: We have a super helpful size chart to avoid any "darn, this is too snug" moments. Check it out before you hit that order button!
- T-Shirt Dream Team: Our tees are made of 100% cotton, bio-washed awesomeness for peak comfort and long-lasting wear.
- Print-on-Demand Mission Control: We use a fancy (but totally cool) print-on-demand system. Double-checking the size chart before launch means easier exchanges if needed!
Return & Exchange Mission Briefing:
- Damaged Goods? Snuggle Spot takes quality seriously. If your gear arrives a little worse for wear, let us know within 3 days of delivery.
- Initiate Exchange Protocol: Spotted some damage? Email us at support@snugglespot.co.in with your order number and a pic (or video!) showing the, well, not-so-snuggly situation.
- Return Mission: For approved exchanges, we'll send you a return shipping label via email. Ship the damaged item back within 3 days of getting the label. For a smooth journey, consider using a trackable service like India Post's Speed Post.
- Exchange Command Center: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll send you a replacement with the correct size or design (if available) - all at no extra cost to you, Captain Snuggle!
Important Mission Parameters:
- Cancellation Code Red: Once your custom masterpiece is in production, we can't accept cancellations or refunds.
- Wrong Size Woes: We get it, mistakes happen! If we goof and send you the wrong size, we'll gladly exchange it for the correct one, free of charge. However, if you picked the wrong size and want to swap it, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.
